Oliver F. Technow

  I began my career in Germany at Fresenius Medical Care in the Pharmaceutical Specialties division, where I gained foundational experience as a Product Manager. In the late 1990s, I joined the German subsidiary of Eisai Pharmaceuticals during its early expansion into Europe. As Product Manager, I played a pivotal role in the successful launch of blockbuster products, including donepezil, in Germany and contributed to the company’s European growth during a secondment to the European headquarters.

As I progressed in my career, I assumed increasing leadership responsibilities, eventually becoming Director of the highly successful CNS Business Unit in Germany. In 2007, I was appointed Head of Global Marketing within Eisai’s newly established Global Commercial function in New Jersey, where I led the launch of multiple products into the global marketplace. In 2011, I transitioned to a leadership role in the Established Products Business Unit before assuming responsibility for Eisai’s Canadian business operations in 2013. In this capacity, I gained significant expertise in government relations strategies, further strengthening my commercial and regulatory acumen.

In 2015, I joined BIOVECTRA Inc., a global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). As President, I successfully led the company through a transition to Miami-based private equity firm H.I.G. Capital in 2019, later assuming the role of CEO. Under my leadership, BIOVECTRA achieved significant growth, culminating in a successful exit in 2024 and transition to new ownership under Agilent Technologies.

Following this milestone, I founded Morpheus Management Consulting in 2024, leveraging my deep industry expertise to provide strategic consulting services to private equity firms, venture capital investors, and management teams in the Life Sciences, Biotech, and Pharma Services sectors. My focus is on creating superior value through tailored advisory services, driving sustainable growth, and optimizing commercial and operational strategies.
